Meet Our Team

Our team includes sports and entertainment executives who know how to produce and promote products and programming.

We are migrating our energy and experience from elevating athletes and superheroes to supporting avian artists and pro-bird and pro-environment organizations.

We’ve formed a working group of co-founders with significant experience in key disciplines.

  • Bill Jemas, Co-Founder

As COO and Publisher Bill played a key role on the management team that transformed Marvel from a near-bankrupt comic publisher and toy company into the best turnaround story of the millennium. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Madison Square Garden Sports and Entertainment; President of Fleer/SkyBox, and Vice President of Business Affairs for the National Basketball Association. Bill is a Harvard Law School and Rutgers College graduate.  In 2018, Bill co-founded Artists Writers & Artisans, and served as CEO until he resigned in May 2022 to work with non-profit organizations focused on environmental causes.

Josef, the Direct Maestro, has a seasoned career building and growing business and he brings a wealth of experience and personality to the world of marketing. When he’s not crafting compelling marketing narratives or driving customer acquisitions efforts, Josef can be found pedaling through scenic routes on his bicycle or Peloton, savoring the simplicity of loose tea, indulging in the richness of dark chocolate, and embracing everything related to fermenting veggies.

It’s not just about marketing for Josef; it’s about making a difference, driving change, and enhancing lives.
